Data Deletion Instructions
Information about how users can request the deletion of their data.
Our application allows business owners to connect their Instagram and WhatsApp Business accounts in order to automate customer support and manage conversations.
How to request data deletion
Users can request the deletion of their data in any of the following ways:
- By accessing the application settings and disconnecting their Instagram or WhatsApp account. This will immediately revoke access tokens and stop data processing.
- By deleting their business account from within the application. This triggers the permanent deletion of all associated data.
- By contacting us directly at support@rialproject.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
What data is deleted
When a deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:
- Access tokens and connection credentials
- Conversation metadata and logs
- Business configuration and linked identifiers
No personal data is retained after deletion, except where required by law.
Processing time
Data deletion requests are processed immediately or within a maximum of 30 days.
