Account and data deletion

Delete your RIAL Wellness account

RIAL Wellness mobile does not create user accounts. Accounts are created and managed through the RIAL web service.

1. Sign in at rialproject.com.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps shown on screen to complete the deletion request.

If you cannot access your account

Send an email from the address associated with your account to support@rialproject.com with the subject RIAL Wellness Account Deletion. We may ask you to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request.

What happens when your account is deleted

• Your access to the RIAL Wellness account is removed.
• Account authentication credentials and linked sign-in identifiers are removed or disconnected.
• Connected WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Calendar integrations are disconnected and their stored access credentials are revoked or removed where applicable.
• Active RIAL subscriptions associated with the deleted account are cancelled according to the service terms.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained only when necessary to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or maintain security. These records are kept only for the applicable retention period and are not used to continue providing the deleted account.

Processing time

Account deletion requested through the RIAL web service takes effect when the request is successfully confirmed. Requests that require manual verification are processed as soon as reasonably possible and, where applicable, within 30 days.
